Dr. Febna Moorkath

Dr. Febna Moorkath is a CDA- licensed mental health professional, with over 10 years of combined academic and clinical experience. She served as a Head of Department of Psychiatric Social Work, IMCH-hospital and Neuro Psychiatry center- leading clinical assessments,evidence based interventions and holistic care for the target population. Dr. Febna holds a PhD and M.Phil. in Psychiatric Social Work from National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS,Bengaluru)and a Master of Social Work from University of Calicut. Her clinical expertise includes CBT, family therapy and psychosocial interventions with strong focus on ethical clinical practice.She has extensive experience in community mental health programmes, professional training and clinical supervision. A published researcher with multiple Scopus-indexed papers, she combines academic leadership with hands on clinical practice.
