Lifeworks Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy outlines your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to our services.
Cancellation and Refund
All the appointments at LifeWorks are based on advance booking; this is to ensure a definite time is scheduled for you with our clinical staff. We do not overbook appointments and hence any cancelled appointment is a loss to three (3) people, the client who missed the valuable time, another client who could have used the valuable time and the clinician who was fully staffed and prepared for the appointment.
Your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to our services. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We respect your priorities but any cancellation not done without 24 hours advance will attract cancellation fee.
Cancellation fee of AED 150 will be charged if appointment is booked and cancelled without advance notice of 24hours before appointment time. You can request cancellation via email, phone, whatsapp or SMS.
Fee once paid cannot be refunded. For the cases where fee was paid in advance but the session was not utilized, the refund request will be sent to internal approval and post approval the refund will be processed. Please note, refunds process may take upto 30days. For the purpose of refund, the fee will be calculated at full rate (without discount) on all your completed appointments with retrospective effect and from the balance to be refunded, 20% of the fee would be collected refund charges.
Please note the cancellation policy also applies for refund cases.
