Triage is carried out for most of the clients intending to attend psychiatry service at LifeWorks Holistic Counselling center. We use a brief triage form to include basic details before we could book an appointment with Our Psychiatrist.
At LifeWorks Holistic Counselling center, we value the time and resources of our clients and thus aim to ensure that the clients are linked to right care, treatment and support. We would like to assure our clients that the clients would receive a phone call promptly from our patient coordinator if on their initial phone call to our reception staff they were not able to book an appointment with one of our clinicians. This is only to make sure that they see a right clinician as per the clinical needs of the client.
