Crisis Intervention

LifeWorks provides special support apart from Employee Assistance Program through crisis intervention caused due to sudden incidents happening to an individual, families, groups or at workplace level.

Corporates can contact LifeWorks for this specialized services and explain the situation briefly. Then LifeWorks will assess the situation and provide a crisis intervention plan by a psychologist. Post the session, LifeWorks will provide recommendation to the company to avoid post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) at their workplace and help all dealing with crisis to better cope individually and collectively.
