Javaria Zahra is a CDA-licensed Psychologist, Trainer, and Gold Medalist with 16+ years of clinical and training experience. She provides psychotherapy, counseling, assessments, and psycho-educational interventions for children, adults, adolescents, couples, and families.

She specializes in CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy {ACT),Behavior Therapy, MBCT, EMDR, & Client-Centered Therapy, addressing Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, OCD, PTSD, Suicidal ideations, Eating Disorders, Adjustment Disorder, Stress & Anger issues, as well as Autism, ADHD, ODD, Down Syndrome, Learning & Intellectual Disabilities.

She holds an MSc, Diploma (Clinical Psychology), and MPhil/MD in Applied Psychology with a Gold Medal and Distinction in Research. She developed the first indigenous Learning Disabilities Scale {LDS) in Pakistan, published internationally and recognized for its reliability.
