Academic Staff Training
Program Brief: We provide University staff with training to best support students’ emotional needs while at University. Our training programs focus on equipping staff with the following skills:
1. Early detection and identification of emotional health concerns
2. Supporting students with emotional health concerns with the degree program
3. Accommodations/modifications for students with learning difficulties
4. Helping students who are struggling to meet academic goals
5. Including personal development component within the curriculum

Student Assistance Program
Program Brief: We provide students with individualized and confidential support as they progress through University. This program includes email, phone or one-on-one counselling assistance where students will be supported to thrive in terms of identity development, relationships and meeting their academic or professional goals.
